| RESERVATION & REFUND POLICY -OTTER BAY RESORT: Cabin deposit is $50.00 per night or $250.00 per week. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments. In the event that you must cancel your reservations, your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% service charge. Cabin rentals must be cancelled twenty-one (21) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Motel rentals must be cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made later. | |
